Refurbished Studio

15th March 2016
After a month of hard work I've at last completed the refurbishment of my Poynton studio and gallery.

A month seems like a long time, but I managed to do this with only closing the door to clients on two occasions due to safety reasons (electrical work). So, what's new?

Reception Area
I have a new desk that has de-cluttered the work area and allows me to greet my customers in a more relaxed and immediate way. This has also opened up more space for clients as they enter the building.

Client Area
I have introduced a new client area that provides a far more comfortable area to discuss your needs, whether it's for a wedding, a commercial shoot or to view a portrait session, you'll find the new space more professional and relaxing.

I've improved the gallery area with a greater variety of example finishes, together with an improved media centre for viewing my range of landscape photographs. This has also improved the viewing experience for portrait sessions.

The studio has been improved in a number of areas. The first one is an improved seating area for those attending a portrait session. The second is the introduction of a new layer of cushioned flooring that's softer under foot. The third is a new flexible lighting system that allows me to change the position of lights in seconds.

Here's a few photos showing the new look!
